Lahemaa – land of the bays

For spouses we offer an 8-hour guided day trip to Estonian National Park called Lahemaa, which in Estonian means - “land of the bays”.

At 72,500 ha, Lahemaa is one of Europe´s largest protected forest areas and its coast is among one of the most unique in Europe.

National Park is in Northern Estonia, about 80 kilometres from Tallin. Drive from Tallinn to the park takes about 1 hour.

It offers beautiful old growth forests, bogs and swamps. Also you can find old manors and fisherman`s villages in the Lahemaa area. The wild natural beauty of Lahemaa National Park is for sure worth getting to know.
